Kitten Flow Yoga

Stretch, breathe, and smile your way through a gentle yoga class surrounded by live kittens. This lighthearted, beginner-friendly experience is all about reducing stress, moving your body, and soaking up pure joy.

This class is relaxed and accessible for all levels. Kittens will roam, cuddle, nap, and play throughout the session, adding the sweetest little interruptions along the way. Move at your own pace, take breaks when you need, and don’t be surprised if a tiny yoga partner steals your spot.

Even better, this experience gives back. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Wichita Animal Action League, who also provides the kittens for our class.
