Kitten “Flow” Yoga

Stretch, breathe, and smile your way through a gentle yoga class surrounded by live kittens. Kitten “Flow” Yoga at Connect With Source is a lighthearted, beginner‑friendly experience designed to reduce stress, encourage movement, and create genuine moments of joy.

This gentle flow class is accessible to all levels and intentionally relaxed. Kittens will be free to roam, cuddle, nap, and play throughout the session, creating spontaneous interactions and playful interruptions that make this class truly one of a kind. Movement is always optional, breaks are encouraged, and laughter is welcome.

Even better, this event gives back. Proceeds from this class will be donated to Wichita Animal Action League, who will also be bringing the kittens joining us for the experience. Your participation helps support local animal rescue while you enjoy an unforgettable yoga session.
