In-Store Policies
Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Natural variations in crystals are expected and celebrated, they are not defects.
Final Sale Items
For safety, preservation, and publisher/vendor policies, the following are final sale: herbs, teas, oils, incense, candles, opened books & tarot/oracle decks, oddities and wet specimens, haunted/antique items, piercing jewelry, clearance, custom or special orders, and gift cards.
Defective or Damaged
Please report defects or shipping damage within 72 hrs (include photos for online orders). We will replace the item or issue store credit if a replacement isn’t available.
Refunds for Services, Events and Workshop Policy
Refunds are available up to 72 hours prior to a scheduled service or workshop for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service or workshop will receive a 50% refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
Clients may reschedule their appointment with appropriate notice, if rescheduling is available. No-shows are forfeited. Balances cannot be applied toward products or services offered by other providers or for in-store purchases.
All Himalayan Salt Room sessions are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with appropriate notice. No-shows are forfeited. Payments made for salt room sessions may only be applied toward a rescheduled Himalayan Salt Room appointment and cannot be transferred to other services, products, providers, or in-store purchases.
All Reiki services are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with appropriate notice. No-shows are forfeited. Payments made for Reiki services may only be applied toward a rescheduled Reiki session and cannot be transferred to other services, products, or providers.
All services with Calypso are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule their appointment with appropriate notice. No-Shows are forfeited. Any funds paid may be applied toward a rescheduled session or transferred to another service offered by Calypso.
Please note that balances cannot be applied toward products or services offered by other providers or in store.
Online Orders
Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective. Please use tracked and insured shipping for any returns authorized by our team.
Consignment/Vendor Items
Some items are sold on behalf of artisanal vendors and may follow vendor-specific policies; many are final sale unless defective. We’ll guide you case-by-case.
