Flow Yoga is guided by Kari Williams, a Hot Asana trained instructor known for her grounding, mindfulness based teaching style. Since 2025, Kari has created inclusive yoga experiences that blend breathwork, alignment, and intentional movement to help students cultivate balance, awareness, and inner calm.
