Learn how tea supports real life wellness needs in this hands-on class with Planted Tea Shop owner Naquela. This workshop focuses on how different teas and herbs can help with calm, digestion, energy balance, and sleep. You will learn how herbal blends are built, when to drink specific teas, and basic safety guidelines for common herbs.
Participants will taste three functional tea blends and explore why each one works. The class includes an interactive sensory experience where guests can smell and touch loose herbs while learning how each plant makes them feel.
This class is Part 2 of our three-part tea educational series and can be taken on its own.
Class will run from 11am-1pm
What You Will Learn
• How herbs and true tea support the body
• How tea blends are created using base herbs, supportive herbs, and aromatics
• When to drink certain teas for morning, evening, or routine based support
• Basic safety information including who should avoid specific herbs
Tasting Experience
• Taste three functional blends such as peppermint, turmeric, and calming blends
• Learn why each blend works and how the ingredients support wellness
